We're looking for pilot buildings across the EU to test Better Buildings, our mini BMS platform. Pilots run for either 4–6 months or 12–14 months, and applications close on 20 December 2026. If you own or run an office, school, hotel or other commercial building, you can join a pilot and get building monitoring, energy reporting and ESG reporting free of charge for the pilot period.

What we'll do in your building
- Install Alledio Multi-Sensors. We place our Multi-Sensors in selected rooms to measure the indoor climate and air quality.
- Connect them to Better Buildings. The sensor data flows into our mini BMS platform, where it's stored, visualised and analysed.
- Monitor the building together. We follow the data throughout the pilot and use your feedback to improve the platform.
Pilot length
Choose the pilot that fits your building:
- A short pilot of 4–6 months.
- A long pilot of 12–14 months, which covers a full heating and cooling season.
Who gets access
Better Buildings isn't just for us. During the pilot, the platform is also open to the building owner, the facility manager and the maintenance staff, so the people who run the building see the same live data we do.
What your building gains

- Free energy and ESG reporting during the pilot.
What we ask from you
- Access to the building for sensor installation.
- One contact person on your side.
