Privacy policy
Who we are
Alledio is the OEM product brand of Andivi d.o.o., Maribor, Slovenia. This notice describes how we handle personal data on alledio.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details listed under "Newsletter" below.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiries and to send product updates you asked for.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the Alledio OEM & BMS Brief, our quarterly email with product updates, firmware and datasheet news, and Modbus tips, we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up on, the consent text you agreed to, and the dates you confirmed and, if applicable, unsubscribed.
We use double opt-in: we first send you an email with a confirmation link, and you only receive the newsletter after you click it. Our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Sign-ups are received through Webflow form submissions (Webflow, Inc., USA). Our subscriber list is kept in Airtable (Formagrid Inc., USA). Newsletter emails are sent through Google Workspace (Gmail) from info@andivi.com. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email, or by writing to info@alledio.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
We keep your data until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are not confirmed are deleted after 30 days. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the date of your unsubscribe, so that we do not email you again.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Webflow. Webflow may process server logs as part of hosting the site.
Spam protection
To protect our forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you submit a form, Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. We use it based on our legitimate interest in keeping our forms free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work, for example for site functionality (Finsweet) and spam protection (Cloudflare), and for signing in to the Partner Hub (see "Partner Hub accounts" below). These do not need your consent. We also save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (as "al_consent") so we don't ask again on every page; we ask again after 6 months. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner (see Analytics below). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the footer of every page or here: Cookie settings
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA) to understand how visitors use alledio.com, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes data such as a shortened IP address, device and browser information, and page interactions. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode with analytics storage denied: no analytics cookies are set and only cookieless signals without identifiers are sent to Google. We do not use Google advertising features.
With your consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited / Microsoft Corporation, USA) to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps, session replays, and data about clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements, together with device, browser and page information. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured. Clarity is only loaded after you accept and then sets the cookies _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day) on alledio.com; Microsoft may also set its own cookies on its clarity.ms and bing.com domains (for example MUID and CLID, up to about 13 months). Microsoft keeps session replays for 30 days (a small sample, and replays we mark as favourites, for up to 9 months) and heatmap and click data for up to 9 months. For Clarity, Microsoft acts as an independent controller: the data is stored in Microsoft data centres in the USA, and Microsoft may also use it for its own purposes, such as improving its products and services. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement
Our legal basis for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. When you withdraw, we remove the analytics cookies set on alledio.com and tell Microsoft Clarity that you withdrew consent. Data transferred to the USA is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified.
Partner Hub accounts
If you request access to the Alledio Partner Hub (alledio.com/partners), we collect your name, company, country, company website, your message to us, your email address, your password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form), the date you accepted the Partner Hub terms, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails. We use this to confirm your email address, to decide whether to approve your access, and to run your account. The decision is made by Andivi d.o.o. and is not automated. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request to give you partner access and providing that access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the optional box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, that provider sends us your name, your email address and a unique account ID, and Google may also send the link to your profile picture. We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password. When you open the Partner Hub sign-in page, your browser loads Google's sign-in script from accounts.google.com. Microsoft's sign-in page opens only if you click "Continue with Microsoft". Google and Microsoft process this under their own privacy policies.
Partner Hub accounts are stored on servers of NeoServ (Slovenia), in the EU. Account emails (email confirmation, password reset and the approval decision) are sent from info@andivi.com through the same servers, and a notification of each new request is sent to our team mailbox (Google Workspace). For security, we keep a log of sign-ins and account changes with a hashed (not readable) IP address and your browser type.
Retention: requests whose email address is not confirmed are deleted after 7 days. Your account is kept while you have access, until you or we delete it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@andivi.com. Sign-in sessions end after 14 days without use and after 30 days at the latest. The security log is kept for 2 years. Rejected requests are deleted 6 months after the decision.
When you sign in, we set one cookie, "__Host-pa_session", on partners.alledio.com. It keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the Partner Hub to work, so it does not need your consent and is not part of the cookie banner. If you use the use-case simulator, simulator.alledio.com sets a similar strictly necessary cookie, "__Host-sim_gate", for up to 8 hours.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
