We’re excited to share that Andivi will be at MCE – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort – in Milan from 24 to 27 March 2026, ready to showcase how smarter sensing and control can make buildings breathe better, feel better, and spend less energy doing it.

Showcisng: Alledio OEM Room Unit with CO2 control

At MCE 2026, we’re showcasing the new room unit version with an integrated CO2 sensor that enables demand controlled ventilation, reducing over-ventilation when rooms are empty and stepping up airflow when CO2 rises—exactly when people need fresh air most. This translates to tangible energy savings without sacrificing comfort, the holy grail of smart HVAC.

Under the hood, the unit supports Modbus-RTU over RS485 and can act as a Client or Server, giving integrators the flexibility to slot it into both legacy and modern BMS topologies. For projects leaning into connected infrastructure, Wi‑Fi enables OTA updates and cloud integrations via MQTT, while Bluetooth opens doors for quick commissioning, diagnostics, and sensor-side workflows. There’s also a 0–10 V analog output for precise control of valves, dampers, and EC fans—think of it as a volume knob for comfort.

The sensing stack blends temperature, humidity, and optional air quality sensing—now including CO2—to keep control loops informed with real-time, high-resolution data. The device is engineered for low current draw at 24 V and offers clearly labeled terminals for power, bus, and optional I/O, helping installers move from wall plate to commissioning with fewer surprises. It’s practical elegance: a device that is both simple to integrate and sophisticated where it matters.

CO2 is a powerful proxy for occupancy and ventilation adequacy; when CO2 rises, bodies and brains are telling the building to bring more fresh air. Using CO2 for demand controlled ventilation trims fan hours, reduces reheating/cooling of excess outside air, and maintains occupant clarity and comfort—better air without burning extra kilowatt-hours. In short, CO2 gives ventilation a brain, not just a schedule.

In practice, that means the Alledio Room Unit can temper schedules when a space is clearly unoccupied, then ramp airflow when the meeting fills up and CO2 climbs. When paired with a BMS via Modbus or an analog 0–10 V interface, this becomes a seamless, automated loop—less “set and forget,” more “sense and adapt.” Facility teams get quieter graphs and smaller bills, while occupants just feel better.

Why MCE matters

MCE – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort is Europe’s premier crossroads for HVAC+R, energy efficiency, renewables, and water technologies—where manufacturers, specifiers, integrators, and innovators compare notes and set the tempo for the next two years. The 2026 edition at Fiera Milano runs March 24–27 and continues the “Beyond Comfort” theme, emphasizing integrated systems that balance wellbeing, decarbonization, and digital control. It’s not just a tradeshow; it’s a calibration point for the industry’s compass.

With over 1,700 exhibitors and curated initiatives like the Hydrogen Hub and Excellence Awards, MCE is where emerging standards are debated, partnerships are forged, and the best ideas are pressure-tested against real-world constraints. If you specify, design, operate, or maintain building systems, MCE is where you trade assumptions for evidence—one hall at a time.

Let's Meet Up

Let’s talk sensors, control loops, and the architecture that makes buildings breathe. Book a meeting with the Andivi team during MCE Milano 2026 using this link: https://calendar.app.google/VJFBAzwXw5Sipngm7 Bring your toughest integration questions; we’ll bring data, demos, and a clear path from pilot to portfolio

Buildings shouldn’t just keep up with people—they should keep pace, adapt, and anticipate. With the Alledio Room Unit and Multi Sensor, that future is practical, integrate‑able, and ready for your next project at MCE Milano. See you in March 2026.
