Version 2026-10. These terms apply to your Alledio Partner Hub account. The Partner Hub is run by Andivi d.o.o., Maribor, Slovenia. Alledio is the OEM product brand of Andivi d.o.o.

1. Your account

Your account is personal. Do not share your login, your password or links that sign you in. If colleagues need access, they should request their own account. Tell us straight away at info@andivi.com if you think someone else has used your account.

We review every request. We may approve or reject a request without giving a reason.

2. Partner materials are confidential

Documents, prices, files, use cases, marketing assets and simulator results in the Partner Hub are confidential, unless we have published them on alledio.com. You may use them only to evaluate, sell, integrate or support Alledio products. Do not publish them or pass them on to anyone outside your company. You may share them inside your company only with people who need them for that purpose. Marketing assets may be used to promote Alledio products as described with each asset.

All materials stay the property of Andivi d.o.o.

3. We may change or revoke access

We may change, suspend or end your access at any time. We do this, for example, if you break these terms or your company stops working with us. We may also change or remove materials at any time. When access ends, stop using confidential materials and delete any copies you no longer need for existing projects.

4. No warranty on simulator results

The use-case simulator and other tools give estimates for planning only. They are provided "as is", without any warranty. They do not replace a proper design by a qualified engineer, and you should check every result before you rely on it. Product data sheets and manuals are the binding product specification. As far as the law allows, Andivi d.o.o. is not liable for any loss caused by using the simulator results or the Partner Hub.

5. Your data

We handle your account data as described in the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell you by email or when you next sign in.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts in Maribor, Slovenia, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
